2. Rules of conduct

Play fair and respect other players. You must not:

We may review and remove content, rename characters and act on reports to enforce these rules.

3. Virtual items

4. Beta and availability

ElvanOnline is in beta. It may have bugs, features may change, and the Service may be unavailable during maintenance. We may stop the Service; if we do, we will try to give notice in advance.

5. Suspension and termination

If you break these Terms, or to protect players, the Service or us, we may warn you, restrict features, remove items gained unfairly, or suspend or ban your account. If you think we made a mistake, contact us and we will review the decision. When an account is closed, banned or deleted, your licence to the Service and its virtual items ends.

6. Our content and the app stores

The game, its artwork, music, names and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may use the game for your own non-commercial play. If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply; we, not Apple or Google, are responsible for the game and its support.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost virtual items, progress or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence, or death or injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the app or on our website about significant changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in and can bring a claim in your local courts.
